This Privacy Policy explains how Consider The Ravens Apparel, operated by EKOH LLC ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit ctrapparel.com, buy from us online or in person, sign up for updates, or contact us.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, sign up for emails or "notify me" alerts, or contact us, we collect information like your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, and anything you write to us.
Payment information. Payments are handled by payment processors such as Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your full card number.
In-person purchases. If you buy from us at a market and choose an email or text receipt, we receive the email address or phone number you enter.
Information collected automatically. When you use our site, we and our service providers automatically collect information about your device and how you use the site, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, the links you click and how you found us. We collect this with cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To process, ship and support your orders, including returns and exchanges

- To send emails or texts you've signed up for, such as new drops, restocks, market dates and "notify me" alerts

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or others' safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Some are needed for the store to work, like remembering what's in your bag. Others help us understand traffic or show you ads. Emails and texts
We only send marketing emails or texts if you sign up for them. You can unsubscribe anytime with the link at the bottom of any email, by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing us. We may still send you messages about orders you place.

Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state's privacy law, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email us. We'll verify your request and respond as the law requires, and we won't treat you differently for using these rights.
How long we keep information
We keep order records as long as we need them for business, tax and legal reasons. We keep your contact information for marketing until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Security
Our store runs on Shopify's secure platform, and we take reasonable steps to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our store isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
