Welcome to Consider The Ravens Apparel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of ctrapparel.com (the "Site") and to purchases from us online or in person. The Site and store are operated by EKOH LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order, or have a parent's or guardian's permission and involvement.

2. Our products

We do our best to show our products accurately, but colors can look different on different screens. Our shirts are screen printed, so small differences in print placement and ink from shirt to shirt are normal and aren't defects. Sizes and fit details are on each product page.

Many designs are printed in limited runs. Designs shown in The Vault are not for sale. Signing up to be notified about a Vault design doesn't reserve a product, create a pre-order or promise that the design will be printed.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change at any time. Products can sell out at any time. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with wrong information, we may correct it and cancel any affected order with a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may limit quantities, or refuse or cancel any order (for example, if we suspect fraud or a product is unavailable); if we cancel, we'll refund you in full. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors at checkout. You agree that the payment information you give is accurate and that you're authorized to use it. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier.

6. Our designs and content

All designs, artwork, logos, photos, text and other content on the Site and on our products belong to EKOH LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. "Consider The Ravens," "CTR" and our logos are our trademarks. You may not copy, reproduce, print, sell or make derivative works from our designs or content without our written permission. Buying a product doesn't give you any rights to its design.

7. Using the Site

Don't use the Site for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, to interfere with the Site's security or operation, to scrape or copy it with automated tools, or to submit false information. We may block access for anyone who breaks these Terms.

8. Messages and feedback

If you send us comments, ideas or feedback, we may use them without paying you or giving you credit. You're responsible for what you send us.

9. Links to other sites

The Site links to sites we don't control, such as Instagram and TikTok. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer

Except as stated in our policies, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some places don't allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, EKOH LLC and its owners and members won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product or order.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless EKOH LLC and its owners and members from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or the law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here. The Terms in place when you place an order apply to that order.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a part of these Terms isn't a waiver of it. These Terms and our policies are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and your purchases.
