Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. We don't ship outside the U.S. right now.

Processing time

Every order is packed by hand. Orders ship within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, not counting holidays). If your order will take longer, we'll email you with a new estimate, and you can cancel for a full refund if you'd rather not wait.

Shipping rates

Orders of $100 or more ship free with Economy shipping. Under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout, before you pay.

Delivery

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking. Most orders arrive 2–8 business days after they ship, depending on the carrier and where you live. Carrier delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Check your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to send it again, and you may need to pay the new shipping cost.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking says your package was delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us. We'll help you file a claim with the carrier. We aren't responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them delivered.
