You Are Loved · Luke 12:27–28

The front says You are loved. The back points to the flowers Jesus talked about in Luke 12.

You Are Loved, Consider the Wild Flowers Christian t-shirt by Consider The Ravens

“Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass, which is alive in the field today, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith!” Luke 12:27–28

Where it comes from

It’s the same teaching as the ravens (Luke 12:22–34). Jesus told His disciples not to worry about food or clothes, then pointed at the field. Some translations call them lilies, others wild flowers.

What it means

Flowers don’t work for their color, and they don’t last long. God still dresses them better than Israel’s richest king. You matter far more to Him than grass does.

Worry says it’s all on you. Jesus says otherwise: “your Father knows that you need them” (Luke 12:30).

For the days you don’t feel it

“You are loved” is easy to say and hard to believe on a bad day. That’s why it’s on a shirt: a reminder you can put on, and one that might reach the person standing behind you in line.
