Consider the wild flowers

“You are loved” are three words my church comes back to again and again. I wanted something you could wear on the days you don’t feel it.

The back reads “Consider how the wild flowers grow,” from Luke 12. Jesus was teaching His disciples not to worry about food or clothes, so He pointed them to the flowers in the field. They don’t work or spin, and God still dresses them better than King Solomon ever dressed (Luke 12:27).

“If that is how God clothes the grass of the field… how much more will he clothe you—you of little faith!” (Luke 12:28, NIV)

So set the worry down. You don’t have to earn His care.

This one is for the woman carrying more than she lets on. My prayer is that every time you put it on, you remember you’re not carrying it alone, and that you’re one of God’s chosen, dearly loved (Colossians 3:12).
